I was part of the product team that designed solutions for brokers and their customers. We looked after broker tools, document upload and automation of documents to Lenders.
I led the first automation of document checks to reduce the manual tasks performed by multiple platform users. This resulted in a reduced application submission time by approx. 20% per application.
Increased broker and customer satisfaction by optimising a simple tool which resulted in greater customer acquisition and retention.
Conducted regular field study (ethnographic research) in order to inform strategic objectives to inform the product roadmap.

On the engineer platform, I audited and prioritised data and streamlined processes in order to improve the usability within parts change management, continually testing, iterating and deploying.
On the customer facing side, I contributed to the increase in customer satisfaction, sales-customer relationship, and customer retention through enhancing the mobile app journey post-vehicle purchase. By improving the e2e journey of the app, we created a customer relationship loop instead of it being a one way linear journey.
I regularly presented our process, solutions and metrics to large stakeholder audiences at automotive events.

As the lead designer in a small start up product team, I specialised in interpreting and simplifying complex data within a mapping platform, allowing it to be easily consumed by various public facing stakeholders. As a result, we reduced the time spent on external third party solutions by bringing these services into one place.
